1089 Beads Later...

That's right, I counted them... It took exactly 1089 beads (and 3 plasters - those beading needles are sharp!), and we now have a happy dance!
Here is Lily of the Valley, designed by Nora Corbett, a sparkly feast for the eyes:

Stitched on 28 count Jobelan in Summer Sky, with DMC & Anchor floss, Kreinik metallics and Mill Hill beads, finished on 4 June 2012

Lily is beautiful.. The beading is amazing - can't believe how many there are in the design. Ouch - 3 plasters! I stab myself with the standard tapestry needle - don't let me go near a sharp one!! Stunning finish :o)

Dang, 1089 beads? I did not realize she is this heavily beaded. You did a wonderful job! She's so, so, so pretty. Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't add her to my to-stitch list too. LOL! Congratulations!

Hugs,
Veronica.
